What delivery options does Swift Tech offer?

Swift Tech provides nationwide delivery directly to your home or office in South Africa. If you're in Durban, you can also select "Local Pickup" during checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery takes between 7 to 14 working days, depending on your delivery address.

Can someone else accept my delivery if I'm unavailable?

Yes, the courier can leave the parcel with anyone at the delivery address. Just ensure someone you trust is available to receive it. Proof of ID is required!

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Yes, you can change the address the order is dispatched by contacting Swift Tech via email. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our secure online store. Simply select the device you want, choose any available options (such as storage size or color), and complete the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment options including credit/debit cards, EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Buy Now Pay Later with Hello Pay and other secure online payment gateways.

Do you offer a warranty on your devices?

Yes! All new devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and certified pre-owned devices come with a limited 3- or 6-month warranty, depending on the model.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist with changes or cancellations. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
